PRAYER 21, June 3rd Part 4 of 8 BOLDNESS AT THE THRONE OF GRACE
O God! bless our Sunday schools, and give a greater interest in such work, that there may be no lack of men and women who shall be glad and happy in the work of teaching the young. Do impress this, we pray Thee, upon Thy people just now. [We thank you for the remarkable gift of salvation and for the high calling to serve You under Your banner, Lord Jesus, Amen.]

ANECDOTE 301: June 3rd PRAYING FOR THE LOST.
In one of *Krummacher’s beautiful little parables there is a story like this:
“Abraham sat one day in the grove at Mamre, leaning his head on his hand, and sorrowing. Then his son Isaac came to him, and said,
“My father, why mournest thou [Why do you morn?] what aileth thee [What’s bothering you?] Abraham answered and said, “My soul mourneth [morns] for the people of Canaan, that they know not the Lord, but walk in their own ways, in darkness and foolishness.”
“Oh, my father” answered the son, “is it only this? Let not thy heart be sorrowful; for are not these their own ways?”
Then the patriarch rose up from his seat, and said, “Come now, follow me.” And he led the youth to a hut, and said to him,
“Behold.” There was a child which was imbecile [incapable of rationale thought] , and the mother sat weeping by it. Abraham asked her,
“Why weepest thou?” [Why are you weeping?] Then the mother said,
“Alas, this my son eateth and drinketh [eats and drinks], and we minister unto him; but he knows not the face of [doesn’t recognize] his father, nor of his mother.
“Thus his life is lost, and this source of joy is sealed to [kept away from] him.”
Is not that a sweet little parable, to teach us how we ought to pray for the many sheep that are not yet of the fold, but which must be brought in? We ought to pray for them, because they do not know their Father.
Christ has bought them, and they do not know Christ; the Father has loved them from before the foundation of the world, and yet they know not the face of their Father. When thou sayest [you say] “Our Father,” think of the many of thy brothers and sisters that are in the back streets of London [any large city], that are in the dens and caves of Satan. Think of thy poor brother that is intoxicated with the spirit of the devil; think of him, led astray to infamy, and lust, and perhaps to murder, and in thy prayer pray thou for them who know not the Lord.
*The Parables of Fredric Adolphus Krummacher 1854

FAITH’S CHECKBOOK June 3rd SURE-FOOTEDNESS by C.H. Spurgeon 1834-1892
-The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hind’s feet [the sure footed feet of a red female deer, a male would be called a stag] , and he will make me to walk upon mine [my] high places.”— Habakkuk 3:19--
Jehova el Senor es mi fortaleza, El cual pondrá mis pies como de ciervas, Y me hará andar sobre mis Alturas - Habacuc 3:19
This confidence of the man of God is tantamount to a promise; for that which faith is persuaded of is the purpose of God. The prophet had to traverse [travel through] the deep places of poverty and famine, but he went down hill without slipping, for the Lord gave him standing [good balance and good footing] . By-and-by he was called to the high places of the hills of conflict; and he was no more afraid to go up than to go down.
See! the Lord lent him strength. Nay [Not only that], Jehovah Himself was his strength. Think of that: the Almighty God Himself becomes our strength! Note, that the Lord also gave him sure-footedness. The hinds [deer] leap over rock [boulder] and crag, [steep cliff] never missing their foothold.
Our Lord will give us grace to follow the most difficult paths of duty without a stumble. He can fit our foot for the crags, so that we shall be at home where apart from [separated from] God we should perish. One of these days we shall be called to higher places still. Up yonder [way over there] we shall climb, even to the mount of God, the high places where the shining ones [angles] are gathered. Oh, what feet are the feet of faith, by which, following the Hind of the Morning [surefooted deer], we shall ascend into the hill of the Lord!
Prayer: Because You O God are our strength we shall climb according to Your word. Heavenly Father, help us to obediently believe Your promise and claim the blessed assurance we find in Your Word. I claim Your Word and You, yourself Father as my strength, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
Pray for faith that your path will be sure, won’t you?
Remember, God loves you and will take care of you.

MORNING June 3rd
"THESE WERE POTTERS, AND THOSE THAT DWELT AMONG PLANTS AND HEDGES: THERE THEY DWELT WITH THE KING FOR HIS WORK." —1 Chronicles 4:23
–Estos fueron alfareros y se hallaban en medio de plantios y cercados, los cuales moraron allá con el rey y su obra. ― 1 Crónicas 4:23
POTTERS were not the very highest grade of workers, but "the king" needed potters, and therefore they were in royal service, although the material upon which they worked was nothing but clay. We, too, may be engaged in the most menial part of the Lord's work, but it is a great privilege to do anything for "the king" and therefore we will abide in our calling, hoping that, "although we have lien [a bound duty] among the pots, yet shall we be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold." The text tells us that those who dwelt among plants and hedges had rough, rustic, hedging and ditching work to do. They may have desired to live in the city amid its life, society, and refinement, but they kept their appointed places, for
they also were doing the king's work.
The place of our habitation is fixed, and we are not to remove from [leave] it out of whim and caprice [on a lark] , but seek to serve the Lord in it by being a blessing to those among whom we reside [neighbors]. These potters and gardeners had royal company, for they dwelt "with the king," and although among hedges and plants, they dwelt with the king there. No lawful place, or gracious occupation, however mean, can debar us from communion with our divine Lord. In visiting hovels [ghettos], swarming lodging-houses [public housing], workhouses [sweat shops], or jails, we may go with the king. In all works of faith we may count on Jesus' fellowship. It is when we are in His work that we may count on His smile. You unknown workers who are occupied for your Lord amid the dirt and wretchedness of the lowest of the low, be of good cheer, for jewels have been found on dunghills [in sewers] before, earthen pots have been filled with heavenly treasure, and ill weeds have been transformed into precious flowers. Dwell with the king for his work, and when He writes His chronicles your name will be recorded.

EVENING June 3 "HE HUMBLED HIMSELF. " —Philippians 2:8
—Se humilló á sí mismo, —Filipenses 2:8
JESUS is the great teacher of lowliness of heart. We need daily to learn of Him. See the Master taking a towel and washing His disciples' feet! Follower of Christ, will you not humble yourself? See Him as the Servant of servants, and surely you cannot be proud! Is not this sentence the compendium [sum and substance] of His biography, "He humbled Himself'? Was He not on earth always stripping off first one robe of honor and then another, until, naked, He was fastened to the cross, and there did He not empty out His inmost self, pouring out His lifeblood, giving up for all of us, until they laid Him penniless in a borrowed grave? How low our dear Redeemer was brought! How then can we be proud? Stand at the foot of the cross, and count the purple drops by which you have been cleansed; see the thorn-crown; mark His scourged [whip-lashed] shoulders, still gushing with en-crimsoned rills [blood-red wounds]; see hands and feet given up to the rough iron [spikes], and His whole self to mockery and scorn; see the bitterness and the pangs, and the throes of inward grief, showing themselves in His outward frame; hear the thrilling [heinous] shriek,
"My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?"
And if you do not lie prostrate on the ground before that cross, you have never seen it: if you are not humbled in the presence of Jesus, you do not know Him. You were so lost that nothing could save you but the sacrifice of God's only begotten. Think of that, and as Jesus stooped for you, bow yourself in lowliness at His feet.
A sense of Christ's amazing love to us has a tendency to humble us more than even a consciousness of our own guilt.
May the Lord bring us in contemplation to Calvary [The Cross] , then our position will no longer be that of the pompous man of pride, but we will take the humble place of one who loves much because much has been forgiven him.
Pride cannot live beneath the cross.
Let us sit there and learn our lesson [of humility], and then rise and carry it into practice.

CONCLUSION
Let it be said that no matter how good any modern version of the New Testament is in any other way, it is clearly blemished if the work of Westcott and Hort or Nestle & Aland.is its Greek Textual basis. Their work means that the translation is based on the defective Critical Text. Those who honor GOD’S Word must not rely on any version or edition based on the Critical Greek Text, not because the content of the version is entirely evil in itself, but because they are content to use a weakened version that diminishes the person of the Lord Jesus. rather than the existing, preserved, inerrant unblemished one, dishonors God. If God has preserved for His people a Traditional Greek text of the New Testament for 18 centuries, how dishonoring it must be to Him if His people now chose versions that are based on the defective and inferior Greek manuscripts invented by Westcott & Hort and Nestle & Aland.
THE LORD JESUS CHRIST is GOD’S INCARNATE WORD [GOD’S WORD MADE FLESH] and His EVERLASTING [Once, and for ALL] SACRIFICE for ALL Sin]. HE is The Lamb of God, God’s WORD in Human flesh.] The CHURCH is His Body, the BODY of *CHRIST,
(The *MESSIAH). The CHURCH is His espoused [Divinely and legally promised (and legally bound) Bride], to whom HE will return and wed [marry].
This singular event, the birth of Jesus Christ, establishes and defines all chronology [TIME] in all Human History as being either Before or After HIS BIRTH.
John 1:1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [AS His WORD is ETERNAL and IMMUTABLE it IS and WAS and FOREVER FOR EVER MORE SHALL BE] Jesus Christ is GOD’s [incarnate] WORD, MADE FLESH and is ONE with the FATHER.
I, and my Father are ONE. John 10:30

Why Cults, False Teachers and Heretics have tried to delete 1 John 5:7
from the Bible.
By Dr. Phil Stringer
By Dr. Phil Stringer
1 John 5:7 Is The Great Trinitarian Proof Text of The Bible. (For The immutable Doctrine of the Trinity.)
Daniel Webster [Author of the Famous Webster Dictionary] was once asked. “Does it not bother you [Mr. Webster] to believe in the Trinity since you cannot explain it?
His answer was, “What would bother me would be to have a God so small that I could fully explain HIM.”

In addition to overwhelming evidence of authenticity from the 5,321 Majority Text Greek manuscripts, this link gives Translational Evidence that proves the age of the Textus Receptus to be older than both the Codices Sinaiticus and Vaticanus, Primary Greek sources used in all Critical Text translations.
This includes Westcott and Hort, Nestle and Aland and the Codices Sinaiticus and *Vaticanus.
*The unique and final Greek Text so deemed, authorized and sanctioned by the Catholic Church and The Vatican.

The Lord Jesus *Christ
[*Anointed Messiah]
was supernaturally Fathered by the Holy Ghost, and born of a teen-aged virgin girl named Mary 2026 years ago in Bethlehem of Judea.
He was crucified, and His lifeless body was placed in a tomb. After three days, GOD brought Him back to life again, and raised HIM from the dead victorious over sin, death and the grave.
He is GOD’S Incarnate WORD and Everlasting SACRIFICE, The LAMB of GOD, [THE WORD of GOD made flesh.] The CHURCH is the BODY of *Christ,
*[The MESSIAH.]
[The CHURCH] is HIS espoused [Legally Bound] Bride, for whom HE will come again to consummate their Marriage in the Marriag and Protected Words of GOD.
These WORDS are God-Breathed, [Spoken] Eternal WORDS spoken by Almighty GOD. The same GOD who calls Himself “I AM”, is Omni-Lingual, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Immutable, All-Wise, Omnipresent, Eternally and Supremely Holy. He is the One-and-Only Triune, Three-in-One GOD.
“I and my Father are one”. John 10:30
________________________________
1 John 5:7 Is the fundamental scriptural basis for the doctrine and essential tenet of the Trinity. [The Triune, [Three-in-One] GOD in-Three Persons (This verse has been omitted or Changed to diminish the authority and the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ or has been Removed entirely from all Critical Text translations by apostates that hold to the untenable goal of False Doctrine that gives rise to all manner of Cults, False Teaching, Heresies, false Prophets, Agnostics, Gnostics, Atheists and Pagans.
Therefore, The incarnate WORD of GOD, [Jesus *Christ
(*The Anointed MESSIAH) and His Father are ONE.] John 10:30
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, [Jesus Christ] and the Holy Ghost: and
THESE THREE ARE ONE. John 10:30
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, [Holy Ghost] and the Water [Life of the Father], and the Blood; [The Sacrificial Blood of Jesus Christ]: and these three AGREE IN ONE. 9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son, [The LORD Jesus *Christ
*(The Anointed Messiah)].
GOD calls Himself “I AM” and Jesus Christ is The WORD made Flesh, GOD’s WORD is infinite and will endure FOREVER, from Eternity Past through the never-ending Eternal Future.

The Traditional Text: It's History & Manifestation
By Dr. David Sorenson
In addition to evidence of authenticity from the 5,321 Majority Text manuscripts, this link presents Translational Evidence that the Traditional Text is Inerrant, Infallible and is the Inspired [Word-by-Word, GOD-Breathed Greek Text that moved the Prophets and Apostles to write precisely the Greek and Hebrew words they were told to write by the Holy Ghost]
The Traditional Text. Length: (33:56 minutes)
The Traditional Greek Text was printed by Desiderius Erasmus and was used in the FIRST Christian Church at Antioch. It was later called The Received Text [vis. Latin: The Textus Receptus TR].
Over Five Billion King James Bibles, the 1769 Edition [NOT the NEW King James Bibles based on the inferior Critical Greek Text] account for more sales world-wide than any other version or edition of the Holy Bible.
This is more than all other Bible Versions and Editions Combined.

By Dr. David Sorenson
So, Dr. Sorenson, “I hear You are King James Only.”
No, I’m Traditional Text only. But if you come to the view and the conviction of being Traditional Text only, you will be Only King James.
The issue is not translational.
Marketing ploys by publishing companies that have little basis in reality would have us to believe that the new versions are:
-
Easier to read.
-
More modern.
-
More accurate (Not true)
The most popular. (KJV is still the most popularly read Bible in America)
The issue comes down to the textual issue. By That, I refer to the underlying Greek text. I guess we could say texts, plural but particularly that of the New Testament. On the one hand is the Traditional Text from which the only major English translation is the King James Version of the Bible. The Traditional Text.
On the other hand, is the Critical Text sometimes called the eclectic text from whence all the other translations come. And some will say well there really is no difference between them. The difference you could amount to is just the footnotes in the bottom of a page. (This is Not true) He was not dishonest but just repeating what someone had told him.

As Jon remembered veterans, we remember him: Jon Edward Riley (1971-2021) who would, on occasion, just bust-out singing the following songs; sometimes, on the way to church sometimes just singing along with the Elvis Gospel CD that was always kept in the truck’s CD player or,
even better, a song the Lord would spontaneously put in his joyful and loving heart.
I LOVE You Lord by Jared Reynolds

…Jon always said “Later”; as in [see’ya later] instead of “good bye”. It was his unique way to bid farewell … He would never say “good-bye”. Now, remembering the sound of his voice saying “Later”, it rings true with a new and deeper meaning and it brings a joyfulness and comfort to the hearts of those he loved so well; those who love him still, and always will.
… we are reminded of the promise of the Hymn:

TODAY’S SERMON by Charles Haddon Spurgeon:
The Two Greatest Mistakes in Life Luke 4:8 Dr. Peter Masters, Pastor
Christ calls us to think about what life should really accomplish and the central importance of the soul. They show how much we need God’s words for the soul to live, and the tragedy of devoting our entire lives to this material life and losing Heaven.

Long before the Conservative Resurgence, Dr. R.G. Lee was the Southern Baptist champion of biblical infallibility and inerrancy. In his sermon, “The Word of God – Not Broken and Not Bound,” published in 1930, in which Dr. Lee stated the following regarding the HOLY BIBLE: (KJV)
“All [Prophets and Apostles] who wrote are immortalized by their writing of this great Book, supernatural in origin, divine in authorship, human in penmanship, infallible in authority, infinite in scope, universal in interest, personal in application, regenerative in power, inspired [God breathed] in totality.”
Dr. R.G. Lee preached a much requested sermon called Payday Someday over 1,000 times.

Christ sets out life's options. Here is the meaning of the wide gate, through which one is carried by the crowd into purposelessness and spiritual disaster. In contrast - the narrow gate; and why it gets this description, when in fact it is the gate of enduring happiness.

THE PILGRIM’S PROGRESS by John Bunyan is the most famous Allegory, world-wide and the Most widely Published Book of all time and was printed in over 200 Languages. It has NEVER, since 1698, been out-of-print.
Only The King James Bible was more widely published than The Pilgrim’s Progress.

BUNYAN’S ORIGINAL of 1678: The Pilgrim’s Progress Published in 1853 by Logos
REVISED VERSION: The Pilgrim’s Progrefs [sic] 1999 by Barry E. Horner
OLD ENGLISH PRINT: The Pilgrim’s Progress Part II AKA Christiana
(Christian’s wife, Christiana and children; their dangerous journey, and safe arrival at the desired country.)
Pilgrim Progress is the world’s most famous Allegory, It and the Bible were commonly the only books to be found in the cabin of early American Settlers and were loved and read more than any book, second only to the Holy Bible. It’s also considered, by some, as being the world’s first English novel. It’s likely the most published book other than the Bible of all time. There were 1,300 editions printed before 1938, 250 years after the Bunyan’s death. Hence, the world’s most famous Allegory.
Comment on Pilgrim’s Progress by Charles H. Spurgeon from the Spurgeon Sermon
“Christ in You”.
Spurgeon: Christ in us is Christ reigning." reminds me of Mr. Bunyan’s picture of [the town of] Mansoul, …when the Prince Immanuel laid siege to it, and Diabolus from within the city strove to keep him out. It was a, hard time for Mansoul then; but when at last the battering rams had broken down the gates, and the silver trumpets sounded, and the prince’s captains entered the breach, then on a day the prince himself did ride down the city’s streets, while liberated citizens welcomed him with all their hearts, hung out all their streamers, and made the church towers rock again as the bells rang out merry peals [happy melodies] , for the king himself was come. Up to the castle of the heart [main castle] he rode in triumph, and took his royal throne to be henceforth the sole lord and king of the city.
Christ in you is a right royal word. Christ swaying his scepter from the center of your being over every power and faculty, desire and resolve, bringing every thought into captivity to himself, Oh, this is glory begun, and the sure pledge of heaven. Oh, for more of the imperial sovereignty of Jesus, The Messiah; our liberty to be absolutely under his sway.
Spurgeon Sermon: Christ in You, Preached May 13, 1883 Scripture: Colossians 1:27 From: Metropolitan Tabernacle Pulpit, Volume 29 (cit. II. THE SWEETNESS OF THIS MYSTERY, WHICH IS CHRIST IN YOU, § 5)
You may choose to read, listen or share Pilgrim’s Progress with your little ones as a bed time story. It will bless, strengthen, encourage and instruct pilgrims of all ages and will create precious and enduring memories in little ears.
Spurgeon read it for the first time as a precocious five year old reader and would returned to read it over 100 times during the course of his remarkable ministry as a Baptist pastor who is known as The Prince of Preachers .

BOLDNESS AT THE THRONE OF GRACE
O God! bless our Sunday schools, and give a greater interest in such work, that there may be no lack of men and women who shall be glad and happy in the work of teaching the young. Do impress this, we pray Thee, upon Thy people just now.
[We thank you for the remarkable gift of salvation and for the high calling to serve You under Your banner, Lord Jesus, Amen.]

ANECDOTE 301: Praying for the Lost.
In one of *Krummacher’s beautiful little parables there is a story like this:
“Abraham sat one day in the grove at Mamre, leaning his head on his hand, and sorrowing. Then his son Isaac came to him, and said,
“My father, why mournest thou? what aileth thee?”
Abraham answered and said, “My soul mourneth for the people of Canaan, that they know not the Lord, but walk in their own ways, in darkness and foolishness.”
“Oh, my father” answered the son, “is it only this? Let not thy heart be sorrowful; for are not these their own ways?” Then the patriarch rose up from his seat, and said, “Come now, follow me.” And he led the youth to a hut, and said to him,
“Behold.” There was a child which was imbecile [incapable of memory or rationale thought] , and the mother sat weeping by it. Abraham asked her,
“Why weepest thou?” Then the mother said, “Alas, this my son eateth and drinketh, and we minister unto him; but he knows not the face of his father, nor of his mother. Thus his life is lost, and this source of joy is sealed to him.”
Is not that a sweet little parable, to teach us how we ought to pray for the many sheep that are not yet of the fold, but which must be brought in?
We ought to pray for them, because they do not know their Father.
Christ has bought them, and they do not know Christ;
the Father has loved them from before the foundation of the world, and yet they know not the face of their Father.
When thou sayest “Our Father,” think of the many of thy brothers and sisters that are in the back streets of London, that are in the dens and caves of Satan.
Think of thy poor brother that is intoxicated with the spirit of the devil; think of him, led astray to infamy, and lust, and perhaps to murder, and in thy prayer pray thou for them who know not the Lord.
*The Parables of Fredric Adolphus Krummacher 1854

FAITH’S CHECKBOOK June 3 SURE-FOOTEDNESS C.H. Spurgeon 1834-1892
-The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hind’s feet [the sure footed feet of a mature red female deer] , and he will make me to walk upon mine [my] high places.”—Habakkuk 3:19-
Jehova el Senor es mi fortaleza, El cual pondrá mis pies como de ciervas, Y me hará andar sobre mis Alturas - Habacuc 3:19
This confidence of the man of God is tantamount to a promise; for that which faith is persuaded of is the purpose of God. The prophet had to traverse [travel through] the deep places of poverty and famine, but he went downhill without slipping, for the Lord gave him standing [good balance and footing] .
The hinds [deer] leap over rock and crag, [steep cliff] never missing their foothold. Our Lord will give us grace to follow the most difficult paths of duty without a stumble.
He can fit our foot for the crags, so that we shall be at home where apart from God we should perish. One of these days we shall be called to higher places still. Up yonder [way up there] we shall climb, even to the mount of God, the high places where the shining ones [angles] are gathered.
Oh, what feet are the feet of faith, by which, following the Hind [surefooted deer]of the Morning, we shall ascend into the hill of the Lord!

MORNING June 3
"These were potters, and those that dwelt among plants and hedges: there they dwelt with the king for his work." —1 Chronicles 4:23
–Estos fueron alfareros y se hallaban en medio de plantios y cercados, los cuales moraron allá con el rey y su obra. ― 1 Crónicas 4:23
POTTERS were not the very highest grade of workers, but "the king" needed potters, and therefore they were in royal service, although the material upon which they worked was nothing but clay. We, too, may be engaged in the most menial part of the Lord's work, but
it is a great privilege to do anything for "the king"
and therefore we will abide in our calling, hoping that, "although we have lien [a duty] among the pots, yet shall we be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold."
The text tells us that those who dwelt among plants and hedges had rough, rustic, hedging and ditching work to do.
These potters and gardeners had royal company, for they dwelt
"with the king,"
and although among hedges and plants, they dwelt with the king there. No lawful place, or gracious occupation, however mean, can debar us from communion with our divine Lord.
In visiting hovels [ghettos], swarming lodging-houses, workhouses [sweat shops], or jails, we may go with the king.
In all works of faith we may count on Jesus' fellowship. It is when we are in His work that we may count on His smile. You unknown workers who are occupied for your Lord amid the dirt and wretchedness of the lowest of the low, be of good cheer, for jewels have been found on dunghills [in sewers] before,
earthen pots have been filled with heavenly treasure, and ill weeds have been transformed into precious flowers. Dwell with the king for his work, and
when He writes His chronicles your name will be recorded.

EVENING June 3
"He humbled Himself.
Is not this sentence the compendium [totality] of His biography, "He humbled Himself'?
Was He not on earth always stripping off first one robe of honor and then another, until, naked, He was fastened to the cross, and there did He not empty out His inmost self, pouring out His lifeblood, giving up for all of us, until they laid Him penniless in a borrowed grave? How low our dear Redeemer was brought! How then can we be proud?
Stand at the foot of the cross, and count the purple drops by which you have been cleansed; see the thorn-crown; mark His scourged [whip-lashed] shoulders, still gushing with en-crimsoned rills [blood-red wounds]; see hands and feet given up to the rough iron [spikes], and His whole self to mockery and scorn; see the bitterness and the pangs, and the throes of inward grief, showing themselves in His outward frame; hear the thrilling shriek,
"My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?"
May the Lord bring us in contemplation to Calvary, then our position will no longer be that of the pompous man of pride, but we will take the humble place of
one who loves much because much has been forgiven him.
Pride cannot live beneath the cross.
Let us sit there and learn our lesson [of humility], and then rise and carry it into practice.

A SINNER’S PRAYER: … FOR WHOSOEVER WILL: [For One and all]
Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21
Call on the name of the Lord Jesus and be saved … pray like this, won’t you?
“Lord Jesus, I’m a lost sinner and without You I am hopeless. I can’t save myself. Without your death on the cross for my sin debt I would be condemned to spend eternity condemned to Hell. I have been self-centered from birth. Please forgive me.
I realize that doing my best, being as good as possible, or being better than other people can never save me. . I’m guilty and sorry for each and every sin I have done and look to You to forgive me of them all.
I look to You, alone Lord Jesus to save me.
I call on You, Lord Jesus, right now to save me. You died on the cross for me, because of my sin and You say, “It shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21.
Right now, just as I am, I call on You, Lord Jesus to save me, I trust You, to be my Lord and Savior from now on.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, that You have forgiven me of all my sins. I ask You to abide in me and give me the desire to always follow You.
You paid the price for all of my sins by dying on the cross. Even the sins of the whole world.
Thank you, Lord Jesus that You loved me and died for me even before I was born and that You still love me now. I love You too.
Thank you, Heavenly Father, that You have called me away from sin and death into the Life everlasting in Your only begotten son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Thank You, Heavenly Father that you raised Jesus from the dead. He is ALIVE and in Him we are victorious over sin, death and the grave. Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. [Holy Ghost, Comforter, Spirit of Truth]
Thank You for saving me heavenly Father. With all my heart, thank you Father for saving me in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Allow us to share the joy of your new birth with heaven. Won’t you? Heaven rejoices over each redeemed sinner. Luke 15:7

Spurgeon has been and is today widely read with great benefit from the 1800’s to this present time. Prayer: Lord Jesus, please be blessed by the winning of many souls, and give us love and compassion toward all who are in need, especially those in the household of faith. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and for His sake, Amen.
Disclaimer: The John Mark Publishing Company does not praise or exalt Charles H. Spurgeon above or beyond the honor due him. He didn’t need or want it when he was here on earth and would have no need or desire for it now, in Heaven. Our aim is to lift up and glorify the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and to preach HIM and Him crucified.
Precaution: These Devotional Messages and prayers alone will not substitute for continual fellowship with the Lord Jesus. Neither do they replace personal reading, meditation, prayer and fasting over God's divinely preserved and eternal Word. (The King James version (KJV), also known also as the Authorized Version (AKJV), is the preferred English Bible because its accuracy and fidelity to the Greek Textus Receptus [received text] and the Hebrew Masoretic Text) avoid doctrinal and editorial weakness found in many contemporary editions.
Written Prayers by Spurgeon must not be offered as a substitute for personal, intimate fervent, heart-felt, prayer. They are rather intended to warm the hearts of those who are seeking a season of authentic two-way, heart-to-heart fellowship and prayer with the Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit. The Authorized King James Bible
URL: https://www.biblegateway.com/versions/King-James-Version-KJV-Bible/
The above link is to search for specific words or Scripture references in the King James Bible (KJV) inerrant and infallible English Bible because it is providentially protected and preserved by GOD Himself through the only translation into English by faithful brethren from the established majority text MT from which the Greek Textus Receptus [received text] manuscripts of the New Testament was taken and the Hebrew Masoretic Text of the Old Testament (Jewish Tanakh). These manuscripts are providentially protected, and frequently give greater glory to God when compared to variant readings of all modern translations from Modern Critical Texts based on inferior Greek manuscripts.
The established majority manuscripts avoid doctrinal error, inaccuracies in translation, uninspired editorial notations, variant or ambiguous readings taken from Codices Vaticanus, or Sinaiticus.
Copyright: The King James Version is distinguished by the requirement of Great Brittan that all King James bibles be printed by the Cambridge University Press, the Crown’s authorized printer. No one other than the Crown’s printer, is allowed print, copy or import the King James Bible into Great Brittan by order of the Crown.
In the United States there is no Copyright protection and the KJV is deemed Public Domain. If a new publication changes at least a 10% of an existing publication a lucrative Copyright can be granted. Therefore the NKJV and many other copyrighted translations. Only the King James Version New Testament is unique from among the over 100 English translations that follow modern textual criticism and only the King James is translated from the superior Greek Textus Receptus as its Primary time tested and self-authenticating Greek text Source.

The inspired, god breathed, immortal words, were uttered, word-by-word, to the holy prophets and apostles who were chosen of God and moved by the holy ghost. These words are protected and preserved in holy scripture and are written word-by-word and are immutable, [unchangeable] without error, and infallible [incapable of making a mistake or being wrong]. and for ever [sic] settled in heaven by God himself in the self authenticating word of god, itself.

The complete Inside Story of Westcott and Hort:
Brooke Foss Westcott and Fenton John Anthony Hort (Text only)
URL: https://www.febc.edu.sg/v15/article/def_the_INSIDE STORY_of_westcott_and_hort
In 1870, The Anglican Church of England passed a resolution to revise the English Bible. The New Testament revision committee which finally consisted of 25 scholars (though only about 16 eventually attended the meetings) which included Westcott and Hort. The committee worked for ten years in the Jerusalem chamber, and these two scholars swept the Revision Committee along with them after work commenced. In fact, the “Cambridge trio” (Westcott, Hort and Lightfoot) colluded with others to dominate the meetings with their views of the text and to defeat any who opposed them. Their *letters reveal this conspiracy:
* Letters from close relatives are quoted in the Inside Story above
The only voice defending the Textus Receptus was Dr Scrivener, probably the foremost scholar of the day in the manuscripts of the Greek New Testament and the history of the Text. But he was systematically outvoted by the Cambridge trio and outdone by Hort’s powerful debating skill. When the revision was completed, the revision committee had altered the Greek Text in 5,337 places,
thus violating the original rule that had been set for the committee of not altering the Greek Text unless absolutely necessary to do so.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, let it be said that no matter how good any modern version of the New Testament is in other ways, it is clearly blemished if the work of Westcott and Hort is present in it. The presence of their work means that it is based on a defective text. Those who want to honor the Word of God must not promote the use of any of these versions by the church, not because the content of the version is entirely evil in itself, but because being contented to use a weakened version rather than the existing, preserved, without error unblemished one, dishonors God. If God has preserved for His people a good Greek text of the New Testament for 18 centuries, how dishonoring it would be to Him if His people now chose instead to use versions that are based on defective Greek manuscript created by Westcott & Hort or Nestle & Aland.
Let the biblical story of Nadab and Abihu be a lesson for us all:
And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the LORD spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace. And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said unto them, Come near, carry your brethren from before the sanctuary out of the camp. So they went near, and carried them in their coats out of the camp; as Moses had said. And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest ye die, and lest wrath come upon all the people: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the LORD hath kindled” (Lev 10:1–6).
